Missing documents

Hi All,
if INZ miss my original documents what should I do and where I can go ti complain?

Write to the INZ office that you sent them to, and ask that a thorough search be made, because you are sure that you sent them. Describe the documents that seem to have gone missing (the documents themselves, and any wrapping or sleeve they were in, or any way they were fixed together which might attract attention).

If this does not give results, use the INZ complaints procedure.
