    Default Return of Documents by INZ

    Hi Everyone,

    I have submitted ITA file last week, and it was received this Monday by INZ..I now see in INZ online system that Application received, and decision status is pending, and lodgement date is 5th Dec.

    Today I got an SMS from DHL stating that you have delivery from NZ post, and it will be delivered on 9th Dec. I am trying to speak to INZ call centre to understand what is been sent back, but the queue is very long...I have submitted few original documents (Police Certificate, IQA, IPENZ and Affidavit).

    Anyone have an idea what is been sent back.. Please advise.

    May be its all of ur originals, fees reciept, ita lodgement letter,etc

    I forgot to mention that fee also deducted from my credit card yesterday.

    They send documents back once they have scanned them and uploaded them to your file. That is done by office clerks usually, the CO will find a copy on their computer uploaded by the clerk.

    The list of all the documents that were sent back are all listed in the lodgement letter that you will receive, along with your original documents.
