Medical expired

Hi I submitted my smc file in July that time my old medical was valid and file was accepted for processing.
Last month in November its expired. It shows online expired and received date is of month July.
Do you think INZ can ask me to submit medical again.
Anyone went into this situation please share your experience.

What is important is that the medical is valid at the time an application is lodged. Usually, INZ don't ask anyone to go for another medical unless they have reason to think that the person may have been in contact with infectious disease, e.g. by staying in an area where tuberculosis is endemic.
