Medical expired

Hi I submitted my smc file in July that time my old medical was valid and file was accepted for processing.
Last month in November its expired. It shows online expired and received date is of month July.
Do you think INZ can ask me to submit medical again.
Anyone went into this situation please share your experience.

I don't think they'll ask for a new one. It is normal that medical will expire while they are processing your application because it is only valid for 3 months. The entire application process takes 9-12 months sometimes more.
