Patnership Visa.

Good Afternoon to everyone.
My name is Francesco and i want to apply for a patnership visa with my gf( at the moment i have a close work visa..)
We have been together 5 months and now are 2 that we are living together.
We have a common bank account, common bills, common phone plan, common car and we receive emails at the same eddress etc but the contract is with her name and we can't change it.
Can we apply for a Patnership visa or will be denied ?
