    Default Help

    Hi Guys,
......So I was an overstayer for 4 years in NZ, left voluntarily so didn't get a ban. Been stuck in the UK for 7 months after 11 years living in NZ.
Applied for partnership work visa and partnership residence (I'm married to a kiwi). Just got granted a 2 year visa (OMG WOW), was elated until I saw 'Stay is subject to grant of entry permission'
Obviously I googled it but need to hear from real people....Am I likely to get turned around? Should I get a lawyer to advocate me over the border or...?
Any advice as per, will be GREATLY appreciated
    Peace
    Michelle

That's a standard wording, not a cautionary wording specially aimed at you. You only have to present yourself and your passport at Immigration at the airport upon arrival. Keep on being elated.
