Re applying Working Visa Query

Good day everyone!

just want to ask about my situation.

i am currently employed as a nurse in a hospital with a fixed term contract until january. My working visa will also expire by the end of January. Fortunately i was given a permanent position of the same employer but with only 0.7 FTE OR 28 hours/week. Will it qualified for a renewal of a working visa for a .7 FTE but a permanent position? thanks!

You need 30 hours to be considered working full time.

i asked my employer if she could get me a 0.8 fte but apparently she couldn't change it.
but she said that she could write a letter stating that i can get extra shifts aside from my 28 hours/week to increase my working hours. Would that be reconsidered and be able to convince the immigration? thanks!
