ITA Lodged on Aug, NSC delay

My CO email me today.

"Following our last correspondence in August, I am writing to give you an update about your residence application. We’re currently waiting for National Security Check result. Unfortunately, to date, this hasn’t been completed yet."

How long have you waited for your national security check? Looks like i am in sinilar situation.

Same with me and a other guy i m waiting from sep 16
I know another guy who is waiting since sep 12
We both are Pakistani what is nationality of you both?

There is another Pakistani whose NSC started on aug 22 and he got NSC done on Nov 4

Malaysia. But i have also lived and studied in other countries. Difference is I am already in NZ for over 2 years now with a professional job and they are still doing a national security check!!!!

It doesnt matter the guy waiting since sep 12 is in NZ since 3 yrs
