    Default EOI Selected! Now what?

Alright, so it finally happened and our EOI was selected in the last round of SMC selections. So Excited!!! and also a bit freaked out. I put so much time into researching all that my husband and I needed that I realize now I never researched what happens next. I know there (hopefully) is an ITA at some point so I am just crossing my fingers and hoping it comes soon!

We did our immigration medicals before coming for a 2 year WH visa; they are less than 2 years old and were listed as still valid so will we need to do the medicals again?
Any idea what paperwork will be required? Does it have to be originals?

Any stories from your own experience at this stage that might help us prepare and not make mistakes are appreciated!

    Thanks everyone!!

The ITA will arrive fairly shortly. If you haven't received anything after three weeks, it is okay to contact INZ to enquire after it, in case anything has gone astray.

With the ITA, you will receive a checklist of the kind of evidence required. In the meantime, here https://www.google.co.uk/#q=site:enz...dence+with+ita are some old forum threads with discussion about some aspects, which may be of interest. And here https://www.immigration.govt.nz/new-...-resident-visa is the INZ fact sheet from the website.

The answer about your medicals may depend on which kind of medical it was you had done before. See here http://onlineservices.immigration.go...nual/46161.htm for the regulations.

    Thanks!!

We just got our ITA yesterday and I am so excited. And slightly stressed...getting all the paperwork

Our medicals were full medicals and are still listed my immigration status as valid. Hoping I don't end up having to get another one!

    Congrats... !

If I am not wrong, the medical report is valid only for 6 months, this is what I remember, we had one for Australia before then end up in getting one for NZ. Pls make sure before submitting the docs.
