salary vs commission and smc

I currently have a two year work visa and I've been working here in new zealand since may of 2016. In november I submitted for my skilled migrant visa. When I was hired, i was hired based on salary plus commission. recently the company has switched me to commission only which is fine with me because I will be bringing in more income but will this affect my smc application? I haven't been assigned a co yet.

SM7.15 Additional requirements for skilled employment
Skilled employment only qualifies for points if the employment is:
full time (employment is full-time if it amounts to, on average, at least 30 hours per week); and
genuine; and
for a position that is paid by salary or wages or in terms of a contract for service (payment by commission and/or retainer are not acceptable),

I applied through the SMC and I'm a paid on comission. I had to provide the c/o with statements of income from the IRD. You can get them from your IRD online account.
