Partnership residency visa -approved!

Hi there,

Just found out that my application for residency through partnership has been approved yippee! Thought it would be useful to give my timeline:

Application recieved :18th October 2016
Co assigned and asked for more information: 5th December 2016
Information sent : 6th December 2016
Case sent for 2nd person approval : 13th December 2016
Online status changed to approved: 13th January 2016

Congrats!
I am still in the line waiting for a case officer.
I got told it takes about 6-9 months at the moment (Wellington Office)
So let's see if that gets proven to be true

I was granted a partnership work visa for 2 years in 2015 so i definitely think that that helped speed things up.
Fingers crossed for you, hopefully it wont be too much longer!
