Default Obtaining Philippines NBI Police Clearance from NZ. Anything to be aware of?

    Hi everyone

My partner is Filipina and will need to get a National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) clearance from Philippines for her residency application. However we live in NZ.

I was wondering if anyone has obtained their Philippines NBI clearance from NZ? If so, were there any complications you experienced during the process? And roughly what timeframe should we expect to get the clearance once we have applied?

Thanks in advance for any comments

    Kind regards,

    TeeKay

Its actually not that bad at all. My partner applied for it online from NZ and it arrived in about 2 weeks.

1 month. This includes sending forms back and forth.

Fingerprint form/old NBI clearance to PH, then 1 week if with hit (their term if you have namesakes) [note may be longer if your partner sends it to a regional NBI branch since they make the certificate in Manila], then postage back to NZ.

Thanks Allune, really appreciate your feedback

Fingers crossed there's no hiccups when my partner applies for hers.
