just want let you guys know.
I submit ita in sep 2016
but my co didnt introduced to me or to my employer
he sent questionerie directly to my employer 2 days ago.
my employer reply next day.
please share same experience if anyone have.
I am bit worrying why he doesnt want to introduced to me or my advisor
even he didnt ask for payslip or ird etc

For the IRD and Payslip its not compulsory might be your CO don't need those. In my case CO ask for the IRD, Payslip first then after that he send questionnaire to my employer. So don't get stressed hope for the best.

No CO is obliged to introduce himself to anyone. Fact is that your employer got the questionnaire, so you have been allocated. I know that many on this forum have been asked to provide their IRD statements and pay slips, but in my case for example, the CO just sent out the questionnaire to my employer, that was it. My CO decided my case already and it is at 2PC. Every case is different, so sit back and relax. In case your CO needs any further he will be in contact with you

Wooohooo congratulations mate
And for your query no not all case officer's introduce themselves,,,,, don't worry it's normal as per my knowledge from the forums on this site..... and have seen so many case where co was working on their file but the applicants had no idea about it,, some of them saw their status changed to approved while they were just waiting for the allocation.... so yeah don't worry
