NZQA certificates

Hello,

I have sent off my certificates to NZQA in Wellington from Scotland and the tracking says the office was shut when they tried to deliver them so now they need to be arranged to be redelivered or they need to be collected from post office - this was a few days ago has anyone else had this?!

Find below the office address of NZQA and you can ask the reason why the office was shut down.

Thank you for your reply Jeremy. Sorry meant the office was shut as it was out of hours. However on my online tracking my documents still haven't been picked up from the post office or a redelivery arranged. Rather frustrating.
