    Default Can I change from a working holiday visa to a work visa while in NZ ?

    Good day, I was wondering if it is possible to change from a working holiday visa to a work visa while in New Zealand. It is my hope to get a working holiday visa ( I am 25 at the moment) and test the waters in Christchurch before making the commitment to move officially. Thank you for taking the time to read and respond to this post.

    Yes. If you get the offer of a permanent job which qualifies, you can apply for the visa while you are in NZ.
