Question international travel during residence application (CMC) process

Dear all, do we need to inform the case officer about any international travel (one week long) during residence (CMC) application process? If yes, what impact it has on the application?
Any personal experience or advice in response would be highly appreciated.

No you don't have to. It hardly likely that a week away would amount in a. Ha he in circumstances.
If you application is nearing a critical point you could drop your case officer a short email as a courtesy. ( if you have a case officer)

We did make sure to be able to receive e-mails while we were away though just in case something important is needed for our application.
And informed briefly our CO accordingly.

Just make sure the passport you are using has enough free space for when they ask for it for the Visa.
