Drinking water quality in Auckland?

I am coming from US where we buy big bottles (5 Gallons) and refill at stores to get filtered water. It is because the water quality in our county is not very much recommended for drinking (I am talking about the tap water)

I am wondering what is the drinking water quality in Auckland? Do people go and refill water from some stores or the tap water is just fine. Can some one please advice on this?
