Im working in a dairy shop as an assistant manager. Is payslip essential for apply residence??

Pay slips in themselves are not essential to show your pay, if that isn't the way your employer manages things, but there will need to be proof of your rate of pay from the business, and your bank and tax records showing you have been receiving the money and paying tax on it.

If U r taking payment in cash and u have agreed in writing abt it then its fine..as it says in emloyement nz website.but u need to show ird accounts nd paslips when ur applying for residency nd bank statements if they ask.
