EOI police certificate no live trace will I need more evidence from police

I declared a juvenile reprimand on my EOI and already have a police certificate from my essential skills visa which came back no live trace. Which I understand means there is something on police computer but no live.
I still have copies of the original police report therefore is this sufficient evidence for EOI or do I need to ask police for further documents etc

my police certificate is in date but just doesn't give any details of the reprimand http://onlineservices.immigration.go...nual/35057.htm doesn't apply so still not sure but can wait and see
