Question Is work experience in India not recognized at all

I have received following response for my EOI

Your work experience in India does not appear to meet the requirements of SM11.10(b) because:
    • Your work experience gained in India is not comparable to the New Zealand labour market.
    • Your work experience does not meet the requirements for work experience in an area of absolute skills shortage
    .

I have worked Systems Analyst and Software Engineer with multinational companies in India. And these occupations
are already listed in Absolute skill shortage.
    Systems Analyst (261112),
    Software Engineer (261313)

Is it still not recognized and comparable in NZ?

    Please enlighten me. Thanks

I have gone through this link. I think, in my case it meets the requirements under following

a.iii. Skilled, because it required, or enabled the principal applicant to gain specialist, technical or management skills and experience relevant to an occupation that is included in the lists of occupations held at Appendix 6 or Appendix 7

    and

b.i. The work experience meets the requirements set out at SM13.20 for work experience in an area of absolute skills shortage; or

Sometimes people's work for a multinational in India has not been recognized at first by INZ because they gave the company's local address, not making it clear that the head office was in whatever other country, e.g. the USA. In that case, they had to reply showing the CO a website, company brochure, headed paper or whatever, demonstrating that the local company is part of the world-wide enterprise.
