what if my work visa partnership is expire while pending residence visa

Hello there,

I am currently holding Work Visa Partnership and will be expired in April 1st 2017,

Now. I have all documents ready for sending to Immigration for apply for a residence Visa Partnership (22 February 2017). But, I just noticed on the website that interim visas are not given to people applying for Residency. What can I do? I should apply for extending work visa too. Is it possible submitting 2 applications same time ( extending work visa and residence visa),

If anyone has any experience of this or been in this position, please let me know.

yes you can apply for both application at the same time, however you can also first apply for residence and then work visa.
