    Default Working Holiday Visa Medical

    Hi everyone!

Just wondering if anyone has had similar experience. I'm a citizen of Latvia but have been living in the UK for 5+ years. Latvia is on the list of low incidence of TB, however UK is. I have not traveled for 3 or more months during the time I have lived in the UK to countries with a high incidence of TB.
Do you reckon I will still need to provide an x-ray & a medical just because my country of birth is not on the low TB list?
My WHV applications open in a few days time and I'm just trying to prepare myself for all the additional costs & things this application will entail! There is only one clinic where I live that offers NZ approved x-rays and medicals and the waiting list is already over 2 weeks, but I think you need to provide this within 15 days of your application right?

Hope someone can offer some help & advice!

http://onlineservices.immigration.go...nual/46507.htm See A4.25.4 a. It looks as though, because of your passport, you will have to have TB screening. A4.25.1 says...
Applicants required to undergo TB screening must provide:

a completed Immigration New Zealand Chest X-ray Certificate (INZ 1096); and
    any associated radiologist report.
