    Default [URGENT] 'First Entry Before'

    hi,

my kid's resident visa says 'First Entry Before' 11th March 2017 and his flight expects to land at 11.40pm on 10th March 2017. If there is a flight delay, does this affects his expiration of resident visa?

please respond soon. how can I get an assistance in such situationa?

Maybe email the case officer and immigration contact center and attach your tickets etc and request for exemption with all reasons and details etc ?? I would also mark the email subject :URGENT.

I think even if there's no delay,by the time you're child gets to customs it will already be 12:00 midnight 11.03.

Immigration New Zealand say: "If you’re concerned you about whether you’ll be allowed to travel to or enter New Zealand, contact Immigration New Zealand before you plan your travel."
