    Do you mean file, as in application you have submitted to INZ, this time round and for a previous visa?

    I was wondering
    I logde my essential skill visa on 17 jan at morning 9am.
    and 17 jan 3pm.my co send questioneries to my employer and he
    doesnt ask me payslip or ird
    I was thinking he might picked up from my file which I applied at morning under essential work visa
    when I lodged my application I already gave my ird and payslip n bank
    stayement

    Possibly.

    But your application wouldn't have been being dealt with by a CO at that early stage - this would be a clerk checking what paperwork was, or was not, present. The details will be verified and checked to see if they match regulations at a later stage, by someone qualified to work cases.
