Hi All,
I lodged my ITA late January and received an acknowledgement letter a couple of weeks after that. In that letter INZ was asking me for more documents and gave me a PO Box to send it to, which I did last week. Now that I have been assigned a CO, she told me that there have been a mistake and that this PO Box has been closed something like 2-3 weeks ago.
Now I have to wait for those documents to get back to me and then send them again to the correct Po Box. What I think happened, is that they might have closed the Po Box after I received the letter.
I am going to be so happy when I get my Residency, but as for now I am very frustrated by the whole process
Has anyone experienced that before?
