Smile CO assigned on 23Mar and Need Help

    Hi Everyone!

After 5 months of waiting, I finally got a case officer.

I lodged my application in Auckland Central and got a CO from Henderson.

CO asked for IRD from 2014, payslips, bank statement and employment agreement amendment which I have no idea what to do.

    QUOTE FROM CO:

An Employment agreement must contain an employment protection provision to apply if the employer’s business is sold or transferred, or if the employee’s work is contacted out. From the employment agreement you have supplied in support of your application, this clause appears to be missing.

Also, my employer got massive questions about me on the same day.

I am a little bit worried. Can somebody help?

    My timeline is
    EOI selected 17Aug2016-Points 170
    ITA Received 30Aug2016-Auckland Central Branch
    ITA Submitted 17Oct2016
    CO assigned 23Mar2017

    Hi men,

For your employment agreement amendment, you should let your employer know about what your CO is asking. I'm sure they will know what your CO is talking about. As per the massive questions about you that your employer received, it is probably the regular questionnaire that every employer receives when their employees apply for SMC

My employer told me there were nearly 40 questions as well. Don't worry about the questions number, I guess this is just the normal questions regarding the ANSCO in a manager role (Maybe~)
In my case, my CO gave my employer nearly one week to answer the questionnaire.
