Good day!! I applied for visitor visa under partnership based,but the staff on vfs Philippines replace my form inz 1198 to inz 1017.Because he told me that I didn't submit a medical,but i told him that I'll just visit my husband for less than 59 days..by the way my husband is a work visa holder.He gave me a form for general visa.I'm afraid that my visa will be declined

@melaniebalnco03 1198 form is for temporary Partnership working visa.. and if use this form, u are required to do.full.medical exam.and other.proof living together in genuine and stable relationship.. Otherwise visa will.be declined.. usually if you don't.meet the requirement for.partnership its either decline or offer general visit visa ( this.is not an immigration advise but rather an info base.of.people experienced ).. study what visa you should.apply to avoid waisting your money
