You could go to your GP, but I personally would recommend a garage. It is a very simple job that any mechanic can do.

We took our car to Mag and Turbo in Lower Hutt for the front brake pads and tyres. Very friendly, efficient and didn't cost the earth. I'd recommend them without hesitation.

Provided that the rotors don't need to be turned (and that's key), you may be surprised at how easy it is to do the job yourself. I'm sure you can find step-by-step instructions on the internet.

I am a female and was able to change my brake pads on my Landrover, quite easy. Needless to say OH was telling me what to do over my shoulder.

Just go to a Honda dealership and buy them.

Are you really suggesting that the Honda agent are not interested in doing a routine job on a Honda or is it that they want to charge more than you are happy with?

Why on earth would the Honda garage not want to fix your car? I have never been to a garage anywhere that has turned work down. We've used Midas on Thorndon Quay.
