I got reply from my co*
he not satisfied my 5 task as mentioned in anzsco
but he said he satisfy 3.( how many task we have to do out of 8 ? )
rest he need evidence to show if I do.but actually I do that but I*
dnt have much or solid evidence
my employer said I do all.but co need evidence
I aplied as a resturant manager

Hi cafjay,
You have to provide some evidences in such case.
If you have recently changed or updated your restaurant menu you can put that as evidence. If you recently had some big functions at your restaurant then show some booking details and reciepts with eftpos records would be helpful. Letters from supplier mentioning you as contact person could be another strong prrof. You can make some training sheet with duties need to be performed by front and kitchen staff or any letter from staff writing you have hired them recently. Rest a strong letter from employer on top of other supporting documents would be helpful. If you have immigration adviser, he can guide you all these thoroughly. Good luck bro!!
