Change in online status

Hi guys,

Can you please tell me if the application for SMC Resident visa application gets declined or approved the status changes from pending or it stays as it is?

I have heard from some of the people in my office that if the visa gets declined than the status remains "Pending" and within 3 5 days we get letter stating declined visa.

However if approved the status changes immediately and then followed by an email?

Can someone please advise if they have experienced such thing especially for the declined state?

What i have heard that you will always get PPI letter..they will never decline straight way

My two work visa that they have decline still says pending

Yes by post with all documents nothing on email
