Does anyone have any idea how long does it take for "medical examination's detailed assessment" ?? Can it take a month or a couple of months ?

Yes, it can. If a lot of cases were referred just before yours (and there will have been, because INZ is VERY busy at the moment), there is a long queue waiting for attention, and your file joined the back of it. It is the waiting that makes all this time pass, not the actual assessment itself.
