    Default SMC .- ITA status as lapsed

    Hi there,

    I submitted my ITA on 9 Nov 2016, and have been contacted by CO 7 March 2017 and submitted additional info on 13 March 2017.

    However, in that time I've been offered an extension of my contract to a 12 month contract (which is more convincing for my ITA), but it's still being processed by my company.

    I've notified my CO regarding this 3 times saying the extension is still being processed, although she has never replied to my emails.

    Just noticed my online status has been changed to 'ITA Lapsed"...

    Just wondering if this means my ITA has expired and I have to pay $3000 to apply for EOI and SMC again???

    However Resident application status is "Pending"
