EOI-SMC Query
Hi
Hope someone can help me out.
What happens if someone change the job after submitting EOI with an old job. However job responsibilities remain same except the pay rise.
Does the candidate have to submit another EOI or have to explain the reasons for leaving the old job when submitting ITA.
Please advise/share your experience?

No, you don't have to put in a new EOI. Just give the details of the new job. It is no problem as long as it is an equally skilled job in the career that you are proving your qualifications and work experience for in your application.
