Can i change employer while on an essential skill work visa??

Hi,

Currently on an essential skill work visa and want to change employer. My skills are on the immediate skill shortage list at the moment and i have a job offer. Please advice on my options to change employer??

You should talk to INZ about the details of timing, to make sure you are correctly covered by a visa at all times at the old job and the new.
