Question Submit another EOI while the previous one has been selected

    Hi there,

I have a question about EOI, please help!

Can I submit another EOI while the former submitted EOI has been selected and ITA is offered?

If so, does it mean that ITA would be invalid as soon as I submit the new one please?
If not, what can I do then please? How can I submit a new one properly?

Thanks heaps for any help !!!

Why do you feel you need to submit a second EOI?

Thank you JandM for your reply!

    This is my concern:
The EOI was submitted with a required IELTS score which was obtained 3 years ago. I heard it is ok to carry on the application as long as a new IELTS result is valid when you formally send off the application files within 4 months since ITA.

Now I heard something else saying what I heard before might be wrong. So I am wondering if it is just a right thing to submit a second EOI with my new IELTS score.
I am worried that the expired IELTS result at the time of EOI submitting could be an issue, though I have a new one in hand thereafter...

    Thanks again!

In your place, I would give the new IELTS certificate details now, and give INZ a chance to react if they think it necessary. Why go to all the trouble and expense of starting a new process if you don't get told to?

    Thanks very much!!
But whom can I give my updates of IELTS to at this stage since there is no particular CO now. So, just call INZ and confirm with them?

Not yet, I am still holding my files, so no lodgement.

Then you can just alter the details on your ITA.
