hello guys
I got ppi letter regarding my character.
I had an car accident in 2014. i was just driving by myself n police charge me careless driving.
l already explain in my ita but co still saying you not meeting
character requirement.
can you guys please help me please
what should I do

Did you get convicted in court for careless driving?

I know I got some court paper and got appear date in court
when I go to court they said
do u feel guilty I said yes
thats it
I havent seen judge or someone
just got fine 600$

I just explained in my ita i was driving my car by myself only and due to wet road condition.my car
got slipped , thats actually happen.
now they said I am not meeting character requirement.i remember police charge me careless driving
no one hurt.after some days I got court paper at my home.they want me to appear in
court.when I been to court one of their laywer said if u feel guilty
thats okey you can go home.i said yes I feel guilty
thats it.i havent seen any judge.they charge me 130 court fees
and rest careless driving charges.
