It's been 2 weeks for lodgement after submitting ITA. Is this all right?

Hi everyone,

Is there any one here having the similar situation as topic above please?
I noticed someone submitted application on the same date, but his has been lodged in the last week.
I called and the officer on the phone helped send email to documentation office for following up. (He said it should not be this long for lodgement)
...
