Hi I have applied for my work visa under essential skills and approved. For my partner they asked for additional medicals and he submitted and accepted. We sent the his passport back after medicals. Today when I called for his application status Immigration officers told me there is no live application. And he asked my husband to call. Later my husband called to INZ, another officer said his medicals accepted and passport is waiting to courier and application is completed. What does it mean no live application. Please help me. 'No live application' means that there isn't a case with those details being processed in the system. The second call showed why this was - they'd FINISHED processing it.

when did you lodge ur work visa application.?

My application was lodged on 22/4/17. Approved on 5th of May
