NZ London Immigration Centre - is it busy now?

Hi there,

Does someone know that NZ Immigration centre is busy as well as others centres in NZ? What is the average time of waiting for working visa based on partnership?

London is busy too. The wave of applications that has caused the INZ backlogs over the last several months includes huge numbers from the UK and from the USA, as a result of the strange political situations in both countries.

There is no such thing as a 'normal' or 'average' time. Every case is investigated, and every case is different, so there are variables already built in, even before thinking about your application queuing behind those that were lodged before it. INZ used to say that most - not all - no guarantees - partner-sponsored temporary work visas would be processed within a month of lodgement, but this can be relied on even less than ever at the moment. Some people are lucky, but some wait much longer. There is no way to predict or control this.
