Default I accidentally work more than 20 hours a week (Student Visa)

Hi, I am a student and follow the rule of immigration.

My workplace pay my job weekly.
And there is some issue with my payment.

Week 1, I work 17 hours, get paid 17 hours
Week 2, I work 22 hours, get paid 22 hours.

    And it goes like this.

After I talk to my agent, he told me that I should stop working in this kind of roster.
Because I will have problem with immigration.

Then, I am now worried what should I do?
I want to keep my job, yet my manager think that my roster is OK, as long fortnightly under 40 hours.

I dont know what I should do here.
I want to keep my job, However, I dont know what I should told to my manager.

    Any advice?

I am bit scared right now.

What should I do if immigration check my work hour and ask why did some week I work more than 20 hours?
I follow the immigration rule, However I am bit shocked that my manager bit forgot or misunderstand about the rule.
As per as i know,, IRD country monthly or 4 weeks in month base...

So,, if you work less than 80 hours in a month, you should be fine.
    thanks

I think you need to ask INZ this. You can ask as a general question without giving your name if your are afraid about possibly getting into trouble.

Well, the things is bit complicated.

My Visa condition allow me to work full time when holiday.

My last holiday allow me to work full time between 3-30 April

    I work at Sunday, 30 April (9hours)
    Wednesday, 3 May (9 hours)
    Thursday, 4 May (9 hours)
Because the system count the work from Sunday- Saturday.
And the system pay me for working 27 hours.

THen the next week, I work
    Wednesday, 10 May (8.5 hours)
    Thursday, 11 May (8.5 hours)
And the system pay me for working 17 hours.

THen the next week, I work
    Tuesday, 16 May (5 hours)
    Wednesday, 17 May (8.5 hours)
    Thursday, 18 May (8.5 hours)
And the system pay me for working 22 hours.
On this Tuesday, the manager told me to come for Induction day.
I thought I dont get payment, because I dont login to the system and it just feels like socialize with other work colleagues.
However, every worker that comes to the Induction day, got 5 hours work of income.

THen the next week, I work
    Wednesday, 24 May (8.5 hours)
    Thursday, 25 May (8.5 hours)
And the system pay me for working 17 hours.

    After talk to my manager.
Start from this week, I only work 2 days. (17 hours)

However, as I cannot redo of what happened.
I can only send email to INZ of the details what is going on.

    Other week is seems OK.

There is nothing to worry about it.
It happened with my friend also.
If you do it every week then you are inviting trouble.

How's your visa today? Is it fine? Or do they checked your working time?

I face similar situation here, i accidentally worked 22 hours, however my monthly hour is less than 80, and hopefully less than 40 fortnight hours.

And how do you count fortnight hours ? Is it from the first 2 weeks I received my payslip or every 2 weeks from beginning of the month ?
    Cheers

well the student visa clearly states weekly 20 hours and not 80 in a month or whatsoever
