New CO Allocation
My SMC is in process and it has been almost 13 months. I called up my CO and he said he is transferred to another team on a short notice and commenced on that role on May 9th. However, he still required to complete/tidy up some existing applications, including mine. For my application he is currently working on it to complete his assessment before the file is reassigned to another case officer for a decision to be made.
Does it mean that after his assessment my application will go again in a queue to get a new case officer? If yes, will it take again 4 to 5 months for a new CO allocation?
Will new CO start processing my case from beginning or just going to take decision on my current CO recommendations?
