    Default After 1 year and 3 months I got my approved status for residency!!!!!

    Hey everyone,

    After 1 year and 3 months waiting, my husband and I got our AIP letter!!!! Our status already changed for residency!!!!!!! Now just waiting the passports come back!!!!!

    Here is our timeline:

    SMC for Cafe Manager (Application selected to Hamilton Branch, then transferred to Wellington and then transferred to Manukau Akl)

    EOI Selected: 11/Nov/15
    ITA Received: 13/Jan/16
    ITA Submitted: 29/Feb/16
    CO Allocated: 28/Apr/16
    CO Last Request extra doc: 12/May/16
    Sent Last Request extra doc: 13/May/16
    AIP letter:08/May/17
    Status changed on website: 29/May/17

    For those waiting for more then 6 months: Dont loose your faith! It is frustrating the waiting, but the it will worth it. And the amazing feeling that comes with the AIP will overcome all the negative feelings from the waiting!!!!!!

    I just wondered, why it took almost one year after you send the last requested documents to INZ?

    we dont know.. everytime we rang immigration they just say: still processing.... But doesnt matter cuz at the end everything turned right!
