    Hi There,

I got a PPI letter regarding LTSS Work Visa CO was not satisfied with the phone interview. All the points raised by CO was replied back with a big bunch of documents. Now it's the 4th week going on after the PPI was replied.
    No updates yet.

    Kindly suggest.

    Thanks in advance!

Wait and give the CO time to process the evidence you have sent in. This won't be until after your file has worked its way through his/her rotating queue of around 100 cases, and gets its next turn for attention.

Are you working in Service desk?
If yes then which company? ( if you want to share )
because ICT customer support are being used by Level-1 service desk and some call centres also.
If you are working in call centre then it takes time.

    Hi Ted,

No, it's not in the call center. It's more a technical Job for repairs visiting customer onsite etc.

    TIA

The CO who asked the question(s) processes the answer(s). However, if a CO is doubtful about any issue and how it fits the regulations, s/he can refer it to a TA (technical adviser), a highly qualified CO who has discretion to interpret regulations rather than just apply them. (This happens very rarely.)
