Date of Birth issue Urgent help pls!

Hello Everyone,

I got a query from my CO regarding my date of birth certificate. I was born on 26-march-1989 but my birth has been official registered on 01.04.1989 all my legal documents have be granted on the basis of registration date which is 1.4.1989. Now my CO says that,

"Your birth certificate has a small discrepancy in that your date of birth and the date of registration appear to have been mixed up. This means that the DOB on your birth certificate does not match that on your passport. I will need you to provide an updated birth certificate with the correct details"

What is he really looking for ? Does he wonts me to change my details in passport or date of birth ? what kind of documents will help me in this issue ?

I really appreciate if some one can help me with this issue.

Hey, mate, i think you have to make changes in DOB certificate from your country of birth.
