    Look here. https://www.immigration.govt.nz/new-...t/visitor-visa Then look at the other tabs near the bottom of the page. Criteria will show you all the things INZ will look at, to see if they will grant your mother a visitor visa. You may be able to help her with the Funds Or Sponsorship requirement.
