EOI to ITA timeline April/May/Jun

Hello.
I applied and was selected in EOI in May and I would like ask people how long it take them to receive their ITA during this 3 months.

my timeline so far:

EOI submitted May 10th
EOI Selected May 11th
ITA Received June 13th

Quite a wait inbetween EOI and ITA.

My EOI also being selected 24May too, now waiting for ITA. Do you mean that do go and do medical check for ITA before you received your ITA? Is there big different to do medical before received ITA?
