I have been browsing previously on this forum and throughout the internet for no CLEAR answers which is when I decided to post my question and get your views.
My employer is a NZ owned company wanting to become an accredited employer with the immigration. While it is out of my scope, I wanted to help my boss with this. I managed to go through the immigration page for documents to produce them but I have a few clarifications:
1. Under the "What you need to do - Financial position", they have asked us to provide annual reports but what sort of annual reports do they actually require in this case?
2. Since they will work with relevant unions, and we are plumbing industry, who will they contact if they do not have an union? My boss said there is no union but I don't know how this will work then? Can someone advise on it?
