Hi everybody,
I've had a lot of encouragement reading about other people's success in here. I also got a lot of tips and news about residency rules and changes from this forum ... thus I just had to give my final input as well.
Today I received my residency stickers on me and my husband's passports
... but this came after a lot of work of course.
1. We submitted out ITA on the 3rd of March 2017
2. CO was assigned on the 3rd of May 2017
3. Work visa expired on 30 May but as I applied for another work visa one week prior to my work visa expiry, I could go on to an interim visa. (Thanks JandM)
4. Employers got contacted on 4 May 2017, and my interview was completed on 29 May 2017.
5. I received AIP on 8th June 2017, but I was still on an interim visa and waiting on my work visa stamp.
6. I got a work visa stamp on 22 June 2017
7. Passports sent to Henderson on 23 June 2017
8. Received my Residency Stamp on passports today 06.07.2017
It takes a lot of effort ... and luck ... and blessings.
Now looking forward to make NZ our home for generations to come
Thanks
