    Default Which visa ?

    Hello,
    My Question is quite simple I hope. My partner is over here in NZ on a one year partnership work visa. It is only for one year as at the time of applying we had only been together 5 months. Now we have been together for over 15 months and her visa expires in November. What I would like to know is which visa do we need to apply for next ?

    Partner-sponsored residence. You will need at least 12 months' evidence of living together, which can include the original evidence for her partner-sponsored work visa. https://www.immigration.govt.nz/new-...-resident-visa
