My current accumulated immigration cost is close to $ 10,000 for 2 people. This includes :
    LIA Fees
    INZ Fees incl. EOI
    IQA for 2 people
    IELTS for 2 people
Medical Examination Fees for 2 people
    Courier Costs etc.

I had to get four! Aside from having lived in Canada, the US and Australia, I hold Irish citizenship through ancestry. The guidance in 2012 said "get a police certificate or demonstrate you have never lived in that country" so I included ALL my various passports (CAN, IRE, US). And then INZ said "nope, get an Irish one too." That delayed everything by about a month.

Notaries charges did add up when we had to notarized passports, birth certificates, degree certificates, marriage certificates, various documents confirming job experiences. Didn't help when one of us had to get three police certificates from three different countries!
